AMC Return Policy

RETURN MATERIAL POLICY

  1. No product will be accepted for return, replacement, or repair unless accompanied by a properly authorized RETURN MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION from Applied Motor Controls, Ltd.
  2. A Return Materials Authorization is VALID FOR 30 DAYS after it is issued.

IN-WARRANTY DEFECTS

  1. Product returned within the warranty period will be accepted for full credit, repair, or replacement without service charge.
  2. The decision as to either repair or replace a defective product shall be within Applied Motor Controls’ sole discretion.

NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  1. Only NEW and undamaged STANDARD products may be returned within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Custom-built or modified products CAN NOT be returned.
  2. Any qualified and approved restocking credit will be issued at the price paid at time of purchase.
  3. Products in resalable condition, shall be subject to a MINIMUM restocking charge equal to 25% of the paid price.
  4. Return transportation charges must be paid by shipping party.
